No.
A White person would not cease to be "White" after having embraced the new United Races Racial Democratic value system that supersedes White SUPREMACIST Values because the former system cannot be destroyed only superseded.
Does Tim Wise and Noel Ignatiev, who are classified as Dark European (IC2), qualify as those White People who can give cash to a Black or Non-white person to help neutralise the Power of White Supremacy?
