Yes we can. It appears that Black and Non-white nations currency is either dollarized and/or their banknotes are printed, legitimised and qualified by White Authority.
Why are the Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar and US Dollar in the Black IC3 Racial category? Is it because the aforementioned nations are subject and servant to the British Crown?
After doing research on the Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar and US Dollar it has been established that they all have been given authority by, apparently, the British Crown to print, legitimise and qualify their currency. Does any Black or Non-white nation, that was an official former British Colony, print, legitimise and qualify their currency?
Why is the Canadian Dollar in the IC6 category? Is it because their currency historically is a mix of Dollar and Pound system?
Based on current information, it appears that China is the only Non-white nation that prints, legitimises and qualifies their currency. Further investigation may establish that China does not have full control over the production and international acceptance of their currency.
White nations have their currency printed, legitimised and qualified by White Authority, while Black and Non-white nations have their currency printed, legitimised and qualified by White Authority.
