COURT AND HEARING DATE: Hertford Magistrates Court - 21st March, 2012

I am writing to inform you that I have today sent notice to the Justices' Chief Executive, under Section 23 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985, discontinuing the following charges against you:

Use threatening words / behaviour to cause harassment alarm or distress 24/09/2011
Fail to surrender to police /court bail at the appointed time 16/11/2011
Fail to answer to court /police bail as soon as practicable 16/11/2011

The effect of this notice is that you no longer need to attend court in respect of these charges and any bail conditions imposed in relation to them cease to apply.

The decision to discontinue these charges has been taken because these is not enough evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction.
